Modifying The Standing Stone

I was wondering what modifications you have made to the Standing Stone? Adding PrCs to tne NPCs instead of just straight class levels, adding levels to people (like the level 3 Ranger, poor bastard fighting level 7 characters), etc. Also, this is being dropped into the Forgotten Realms, so any notes on that would be good. I think north of Daggerdale, a week's ride is where it will go(as my PCs are in Daggerdale now).

Well, everyone is getting a little reworked. Extra levels, at least average HPs, better spells, a few more items, etc. My PCs are going to be in for a rude awakening.

Did anyone modify people with PrCs?
