Moil, the City That Waits

Shemmy's cousins have the walking city franchise cornered.

There were also the walking fortresses (Hassitorium) built by the Hassitor of Acheron. The Hassitor drove themselves to extinction, but the fortresses survive, and they're rather interesting pieces of work. Walking citadels composed of a mixture of stone, iron, and grafted undead flesh. Just imagine one of them after a battle on Acheron's first layer walking over the battlefield and absorbing the bodies of dead mortals, incorporating their flesh into itself and slowly regenerating any damage it had suffered.

I have one of them show up in my 2nd storyhour (eventually along with a subplot about the Hassitor themselves).

well, of course, that's why they spelled it how it sounds instead.
