Reading the OW faq and clarifying mutation rules for myself, I realized you don't get the random stock mutation for free. My bad!

I am thinking he should be a four-armed badger furry named Sid Vicious. His hybrid weapon is a bass guitar (strengthened so it can be used in melee more then once). He is a bit of a troublemaker but managed to avoid consequences by rocking out really hard.

If this is too Over The Top feel free to pelt me with dice and I will start over.

Well, maybe a bit over the top, but I'll reserve pelting you with dice for later. I like the badger angle, it fits, but remember he has three arms, not 4. (unless you want him to have another "unusable" arm) The bass guitar is probably too much like a relic for my taste.

Cryongenisis = 6

that's nine, so the next mutation still sticks,

Heightened Con = 6

Total is 15, and my defects = 13, so I guess I need another Defect!

No, I rolled the Int from the statistics table, thinking a one of the random stock mutations was a freebie, but you only roll on that if you get the 91-00 result on the mutations table. So no heightened Int for clicky, but on the plus side you don't need any more defects.

Second lvl HD is 6.
