Hi guys,
Some exciting news from Mongoose Hall! I reckon by now you all know that we like to do things just a little differently around here - we want you to name a book! OK, not quite the whole title. Rather, we want you to name the character who the book is named after.
The book in question is our monumental 1,000 page monster compilation to be released at Gen Con this year, gathering together every monster we can get our hands on from the worldsof fantasy in one astonishing tome.
But what to call this behemoth, I hear you ask. This is where we are - the book will be called Doctor ???’s Grand Bestiary of Extraordinary Beasts, and it will have a vaguely Victorian feel to it. What we want you to do is name the good doctor. Just the surname, although if you want to provide full details that will probably make it into the text at some point as well.
Not only will the winner get a copy of the mighty missive, but we will also take a digital photograph of the winner to use as the basis for the accompanying sketch of the character to appear in the introduction. You get to name a book and be immortalised inside it!
All it remains now is for you to get thinking and submit your ideas. Try and maintain a bit of decorum but other than that, anything goes. The competition closes on April 30th, when the final decision will then be made by the Studio team, so get thinking and good luck.
