The Quintessential Cleric has arrived in the US and as long as customs don't unduly delay it, it should arrive at the warehouse in a few days and from there it will be shipping to distributors. BattleMagic and Stormhaven is a week behind it.

As for the May books, Encyclopaedia Divine - Shamans and The Slayer's Guide to Trolls are currently somewhere mid-atlantic.

** sighs **

I'm still waiting for the bard supplement. Granted, it is going to be the most difficult class to spotlight since it is the least favorite character class in D&D.

Hi there,

Funny you should mention bards - I have been chatting about to them to one of our writers this weekend. I'll keep you informed as to what we decide :)

Well... my main hope right now, is that Mongoose does ALL of the classes. I'm a completist... I want it all. I was thrilled to find out that Psychic Warrior and Psion were getting their own books. Bard, Ranger, Paladin, Barbarian... They must be done! Just knowing this will cause me to buy the ones I normally wouldn't buy... Like Ranger or Barbarian...

HINT HINT HINT... :D

The race ones are fine as long as the PHB ones are all done.

I have Shamans in my hot little hands... and it is cool. We are talking potential 5 material. The only problem is now I have to decide whether to use this version or Green Ronin's version. I am actually thinking of stitching them together.

Alex, I thought y'all printed your stuff in Canada... or is that only some books?

The Planes: Feuerring - Gateway to Hell cover

It is interesting to note that the cover for The Planes: Feuerring - Gateway to Hell is the same artwork as the DEMONS sourcepack from Role Aids (Mayfair Games, #752).

Hmm... I know that Elmore is offering "second printing" rights to many of his pieces, at prices that I must imagine are very attractive to "small" d20 publishers like Mongoose.

I can understand the desire to put an Elmore cover on your product, but I don't think this is a particularly good piece. This subject matter isn't really Elmore's forte.

"Hey! That demon looks like a dragon!"

Other than that, I don't know that this cover is particularly evocative of Elmore, and since I don't think it stands on its own, I am curious to see if the marketing strategy will work. (I doubt there is any way to track it, however.)

It's even more odd to me because at this point Mongoose probably doesn't need an Elmore cover to sell their stuff.
