Ah, now I don't believe we have, though I know several were considered. I _do_ know that the Netbook of Feats appears quite substantially in Ultimate Feats (no running to over 980 entries, and rising!).

"Have you guys considered taking a page from Tome of Horrors (Necromancer) and restructuring your Section 15 along those lines? It would make it easier to include OGC from the various Netbooks."
Ummm, I am compiling the next update now and as far as I knew the Section 15 we use is written so that it is open to everyone. The only bits not open are the story and pic, if any.
I did not know that Tome of Horrors was out. Just goes to show what happens when you live at the butt end of the world.
