Hi guys,

First off, many apologies for the delay of this issue - we encountered some problems with Customs that had not arisen for the past 10 issues. These problems will also have a (slightly more minor) effect on Issue 12 but from Issue 13 onwards, we will be back on track. Speaking of which, the preview copies of Issue 12 have already arrived at the office and we are having something of a celebration - one year old!
