(Mongoose) The Slayer's Guide to Kobolds

I picked up my copy from the store a few days ago and I love it! I don't know why, but I like kobolds. Anyhow, I think the writer captured the characteristics of kobolds really well. There's a lot of interesting information that you can't find elsewhere. Believe me, I've tried. I definitely recommend getting this book.

I picked up my copy and I'm very pleased. I do have one question (if anyone knows). I checked the credits and I can't quite figure it out.

Who created that most EXCELLENT map on the inside of the back cover? That has got to be the best looking map I've ever seen in a D&D product. Did someone actually draw that?

I'm guessing it was done by Mr. Quilliams, who did the inside front cover, but I'm not sure. To whom do we owe the credit for the fine map?

Cheers.

Having picked up my copy at GenCon UK, I must admit this is one impressive book. I would ask my DM to let me play a winged kobold, but for the fact I already know he would say no ;).

As for the map, the signature (bottom right) identifies it as David Griffiths's work.

Thanks for the kind words guys - we had a feeling that SG Kobolds might prove popular :)

In a sense, I really, really wish we had made this a 'fuller' Slayer's Guide, along the lines of Dragons or Undead but I dallied too much during development over this issue and deadlines were pressing.

On the plus side, keeping it to 32 pages means there is ample opportunity to do the Quintessential Kobold later.

All in favour? :)
