Scorpionfolks? Aren't they the CC-derived creatures found in the MM2?

It's pretty clever to make a SG about them. They (and the razor boar) are the only creatures WotC published as OGC that are not found in the Monster Manual, nor in the SRD.

They are pretty interesting creatures to. SG Scorpionfolk should be around and about in April!

One note to keep in mind. Wizards of the Coast did Scorpion Folk long before the whole d20 license came about. I know that Mystarra had them, they were in 1st ed, 2nd ed, and probably basic D&D too. Pretty simple concept.
