I've been going back and fourth about vop my dm gives out decent lot so I feel that though its a early fix later on I'll get better things than what vop can give unless I went forsaker with out look

Generally, VoP will help you out a lot more at low levels. After about 10th level though, other characters wearing magical gear are going to catch up quickly and even out pace you. Take VoP for roleplaying purposes, not for power.

Boots of Striding and Springing won't help your monk because it offers an enhancement bonus to your speed which is the same as your fast movement.

Yeah but i'm going to be a drunken master so late often I'll be doing ridicules charges. do you know of a better item for boots I mean I can always get one created

If you have access to the MIC there are some nice boots there.

Boots of the Battle Charger let you charge as a standard action and I think you can avoid certain terrain effects.

There are also another pair of boots that let you take an extra five foot step 3 times per day. I'm AFB right now but I'll look it up when I can.

EDIT:

The boots that let you take an extra five foot step are the Boots of Sidestepping.

The Boots of the Battle Charger let you move through difficult terrain and allies when charging.

I don't know about an item, but I think the Titan race (From again I think races of the Wild) does this. I am working on memory from a book I read briefly a couple of years ago though so I may be wrong.
