Monk's Belt and AC Bonus question

Quick question -

According to the SRD, the monk's belt says "If the character is not a monk, she gains the AC and unarmed damage of a 5th-level monk. This AC bonus functions just like the monk’s AC bonus."

Now, does this mean the wearer gets the full AC Bonus section in Monk section [i.e. Wis bonus +1 (from chart)] or just the +1 from the chart? I'm inclined to believe the wearer gets the full bonus, since the AC bonus is a named ability for the monk, rather than just a section on the chart.

So, what do the experts and the rest of you think?

According to the FAQ, you do get your wis mod+1 to AC, but it is subject to the same limitations as a monk (eg: cannot be wearing armour).

Excellent, that's just what my cloistered cleric (UA variant) with Vow of Peace wanted to hear. Between that and bracers of armor, I'm sturdy enough to take the beating I know the DM will throw at a pacifist character.
