Monster Advancement Software/Utilities

Can anyone point me in the direction of some utilities for advancing monsters (increacing HD & Size w/t effects) and applying templates etc...

I've found PCgen to have a horrible interface. I was hoping for something easier to use.

Java is the main culprit and you can't change that. Besides, the chargen interface isn't really suited to running in 800x600. Lots of columns mean that you must sacrifice some of the display.

DM Genie is great for this sort of thing.
