For monsters and creatures, such as an Aasimar. Whats is the rule for aging.

Like when is middle aged and venerable and such.
And what about all the other monsters in the Monster Manual?

2e material with the "habitat/society" and "ecology" sections would often have this, but of course this all got cut out of the 3e write-ups, because you don't need to know that in order to fight with the creature *sigh*.

A life expectancy figure alongside all the revised level adjustments in "Tooth and Claw" would be nice.

Make it up. There are no fixed rules for this sort of thing; you're free to select whatever lifespan best suits your campaign world.

Your Fey creatures are going to have long lifespans. Orcs, goblins, hobgoblins and kobolds and other smaller humaniods I would guess would be around human if not a little shorter. Animal life spans should be easy enough to look up. Magical beasts I think would have a life span about twice as long as the normal animal they are closest to. Oozes are anyone's guess.

Those are my thoughts, hope it helps.

Looking at orcs it seems like they have shorter lifespans (probably the rule for monstrous humanoids-it was in previous editions), otherwise I find that a safe bet to go with is half elves. That way your not too old at start and live longer than a human, though not so much longer that it becomes elf or dwarf like.

Elves area good rule for Fey (they practically are fey after all). As far as other creatures (magical beasts and aberrations) who knows its not all that likely to matter in most cases.
