Monster character and it's caster level for SP ability.

Many races and creatures have SP abilities. Some says it's caster level is equal (or sometimes twice) to it's number of HDs. But many creatures, like Ogre Mage or Night Hag, just have a fixed Caster Level for their SP abilities. Are there any way (prestige class or something) for them to increase the caster level of their innate spell-like abilities?

I want to use slightly stronger Ogre Mages and Night Hags in my campaign. But I want them to strengthen their signature abilities instead of becoming an Ogre Mage Fighter or Night Hag sorceress.

So..basically(for the Orge Mage) you want Cone Of Cold to do more damage? None of the other spell-like abilities seem to have a real issue with what the caster level is. You could just create something like an Elder Orge Mage, double the HD, give it more spell-like abilities, higher caster level, more regeneration and SR, more NA, a fly speed of say 60 or 80, and if you want to be mean resistance 5(all).

A night hag advance's by HD, she's got 8HD and a caster level of 8. Just advance them together and <whoosh> there you go?

<To answer you question, sorry I don't know of any way to increase the caster level of the orge mage's spell-like abilities.>
