Monster list in excel

This is a list of monsters in excel - broken down with CR, Type, Sub-type, and enviro. My goal was to include a comprehensive list to speed my choice of monsters up. Let me know what you think - and about errors found.

Yellow highlight is area missing info/needs to be checked. Green is material I'm deleting after I post this.

Well - I just grab the 2nd line and drag down, then choose data, then sort. I'm sure their is a better way known to the excel savy.

Go to the MENU and Choose DATA then FILTER and then AUTOFILTER. This will give you a drop list on each column at the header row. Once you have done that it is just a matter of selecting a column and choosing what to filter it by, and you can use custom to filter using and/or with matches. This will allow you to filter the list by each column if you so desire.

Easiest way to sort in Excel:

Click the very top left cell of the sheet (Above the 1, left of the A) this will select the entire spreadsheet. (Alternatively you can select just the cells, rows or columns that you want.)

Go to Data and select Sort. This will allow you to sort by up to any 3 columns or rows that you like either ascending or descending in what ever order you choose.

Note: the default is to sort by columns. If you want to sort by Rows then when the Sort window comes up click on "options" and choose sort left to right.
