Monster manual mistakes - help?

well i was compiling a list of the monster poisons since the only list i found online was full of mistakes and some really silly homebrew concoctions. anyway to begin

there is no DC for ochre jelly acid

Purple worm has two... the DMG says 24 and the MM says 25
so does the giant wasp Dmg 18 and the MM 14

other things .. The viper has no Cr for Gargan. and colossal perhaps 6 and 9?

the Brood keeper has a full attack with Bite and poison... with no poison listed

he tomb spider has No DC... have these been addressed and I havent come across them?

I will post the poison and acid list soon.. also working on an updated and more complete summon monster 1 list of monsters... (working on the entire list as well as fixing U2 up to 3.5.

Typically, the a creature's poison's DC relates to the creature's HD and Con. Check out the SRD section on Poison. Here's the relationship:

10 + ½ poisoning creature’s racial HD + poisoning creature’s Con modifier

You should be able to calculate it from that. Just be sure to account for Ability Focus feats or things like that that might push the DC up.

Glancing over oozes, it looks like the DCs for acid use the same formula.

He's referring to creatures like Undead and Constructs. They don't have a CON score, so their special ability DCs are usually based on CHA instead.

Having problems with tables, I'm guessing? Yeah, there's no straightforward way to do that, unfortunately.

I think you can use the CODE tags and use spaces (not tabs) for the whitespace in the table but I'm not certain. Pretty sure there are a couple examples of people doing it successfully (heck, I think I've done it before!). If I can find one, I'll point you to an example.

Edit: Yes, wrapping {code}{/code} tags around a table that uses spaces as delimiters seems to work, though it doesn't look like any other formatting (eg, bold or ulines) can be used inside the tags:
