1) Are there any good adventures out there that specifically feature orcs or gnolls?

2) Besides duergar, are there any other monsters that are specifically defined as worshipping Asmodeus/serving devils?

Orcs of Stonefang Pass looked good. I haven't run it, but I've used encounters and the poster map from it. And it's 10 or 12 bucks.

As for gnolls, if you have a DDI subscription you can run Den of the Destroyer. It's about gnolls who live in a place built by githzerai. There's also a bounty hunter after the PCs. The only problem with this one is that you may need to update their damage expressions, as it's a few years old.

Not sure about the devils question.
