monster standees

I like using miniatures in the d20 games I run. Unfortunately this makes it hard to use monsters I don't have miniatures for. What web sites/books/downloads/etc. are there that have fold-up standees for d20 monsters, particularily those from the monster manual? I figure I should see what's already available before spending a lot of time making my own.

For d20 specific, the best bet I know of is Fiery Dragon. They make the cardstock counters, which you can stand up in those plastic tab bases (available from Steve Jackson Games, among other places).
