Monster statblock resources

I'm looking for a fill-in-the-blanks sheet for monsters. There are loads of character sheets here on ENworld for pbp (RG threads, etc.), but not for monsters. Anyone know of one I can crib?

I have a bunch of new monsters to invent, and I want to see what tools are out there. Gotta have it done by Wednesday night! (game time!)

Are you looking for just sheets for monsters to generate them out of whole cloth, or like monster advancement generators?

I don't know of any particular fillable monster sheet pdfs, the closest I could think of would be the combat manager program Combat Manager it has a database with all the current npc and monster statblocks in the paizo producs so far, and has a monster editor and monster advancer (so you can start with what seems neat and customize it from there). you can also put in new monsters, although it doesn't really calculate everything on its own, so you'll need to check for errors and troubleshoot the final statblock of a completely new monster. also, since it's designed to be its own combat tracker, you'll need to cut and paste the final statblock into a document if you want to make monster sheets out of the stuff (it doesn't make output sheets).
