Monster Utility?

I am wondering if there is a utility that has monsters in it, that allows for quick genesis of templated/advancing monsters. Some kind of app that takes out the factor of doing it the lond way.

I made an Excel sheet to advance monsters. As far as templates, it only supports celestial and fiendish creatures.

It doesn't do ALL the work, but it figures out how many skill points and feats the critter gets for advancing, as well as the other number-crunching bits.

The latest version is 5.10 and it's significantly better than the old 5.8 version both for mechanics and stability. So long as it doesn't require any really unusual races or templates it's faster than doing things by hand. Adding new creatures or templates you've created yourself isn't hard, but it can be time consuming because of the file structure. For one-off unique creatures I still hand build, otherwise PCGen is it.
