Monsters B.A.B. advancement?

Where (book and page) could I find the monsters base attack bonus (and if possible, other statistics as increased saves per gained levels)? For example, let's say I have a Pit Fiend which in the MM is presented as a Large Outsider with 18d8+144, Base Attack +18,... and it may be advanced till a Huge size with 37-54 HD. Which table should I use to adapt it to whichever level/HD increase I want? Thank you for answering!
