Hiya
I'm trying to find the conversion guidelines for Monsters of Faerun, mentioned in the front of the Player's Guide to Faerun. If anyone can give me a link, that'd be great :)

One thing I'd note about that conversion is that several of the monsters in the original MoF have appeared subsequently in 3.5 products, and their stats in those products do not always precisely match the conversions given in the web enhancement. I don't think that most of them are greatly changed, but there are some definite changes.

When in doubt, you might want to check the monster index to see if there's a 3.5 version already.

Wise advice. The abishai, notably, changed quite a bit in Fiendish Codex II. The yochlol received a bit of a power boost in FCI.

Abishai -> Fiendish Codex II
Baneguard -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Beholderkin, Death Kiss -> Lords of Madness
Beholderkin, Eyeball -> Mysteries of the Moonsea
Crawling Claw -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Curst -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Dark Tree -> Shining South
Deepspawn -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Demon, Ghour -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Demon, Yochlol -> Fiendish Codex I
Doppelganger, Greater -> Dungeon #127
Dragon, Fang -> Draconomicon
Dragon, Shadow -> Draconomicon
Dragonkin -> Draconomicon
Dread Warrior -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Helmed Horror -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Leucrotta -> City of Splendors: Waterdeep
Lycanthrope, Werecrocodile -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Lycanthrope, Wereshark -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Nishruu -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Tall Mouther -> Shining South
Tomb Tapper -> Lost Empires of Faerûn
Yuan-Ti, Tainted One -> Serpent Kingdoms

Did I miss any? ;)

Also, the version of bullywug in MoF is a stinker!

if someone were to do, say, an Ecology of the Bullywug, what could that person do to make them better? ;)
