Monstrous Prestige Classes

Are there any good, OGL monstrous prestige classes kicking around? The old Monster's Handbook had a few neat ones, including a giant rock thrower and an undead master class. Any and all recommendations welcome.

Libris Equitus Vol. 1 had a few. Feral ravager was a particularly good one.

Very nice, and not on my radar before.

Any other suggestions? I am particularly interested in some fey-related prestige classes (maybe something like a "Faerie Knight") as well as something for making traps (like a "Kobold Trapmaster").
