You know, I was thinking, doesn't it seem quite strange that so many top game-designers that were central to D&D3E--are now working for some *OTHER* company, rather than WOTC?

If you were the owner of WOTC, would it seem smart to let go/fire/allow them to leave without a fight --many of your best designers?

Wow that's cool!
What I don't want to see is an abundance of pdf products though. Sure they're cheap but I would much have a regular printed book than a pdf with a 3 month delay for printing. Not to mention printed books sell to a wider audience than a pdf does.

I'm sure someone will not agree with me but it is the truth.
