Monte cook's bard

I love the monte cook bard but if I add and substract a few things then the monte cook bard is weaker then the D&D bard. Still the style I think makes up to it a lot.

D&D bard:
- 4 skill points
- good saving throws
- spellcasting (fairly well)
- spellsinging
- could make magic items easy (I'm sugesting to instruments here)
- lots of magic feat options

Monte Bard:
- 6 skill points
- good saving throws
- spellsongs (weaker and less deverse then the D&D spell casting)
- few spellsong feats

Still the Monte Bard got lots of more style and thats why I prefer it. Still I hope Monte will look into the 2 big weak points, the feats and the spellsongs. Also the lack of devining spellsongs (detect magic, see invisibility, mind effects, divinations, etc) makes certain types of bards imposible to make (gypsies, etc).
