Although I can see why you'd say that, I can tell you right now that this book contains no new spells, feats or prestige classes. (It does have some new magic items and monsters.)

Personally, I've been using a Moorcockian multiverse for some time now.

Primary reason: the relative ease of planar travel (between Prime Materials) allows you to change settings easily, too, without going through the hassle of everyone rolling up new characters.

Besides, if I ever make a GAPING error, I can quickly change the ground-rules by changing planes (haven't had to yet)...being able to yank PCs across planes on my own whim makes campaign control a breeze.

That said, having seen the quality of AU, I'm looking forward to this Brave New World...s of Mr. Cook.
