Well, I'm behind the times (having been on vacation), but I belatedly wish marital bliss for the both of them! Congrats!

Now that [MENTION=1]Morrus[/MENTION] is back from his honeymoon holiday, I would like to present him with a wedding gift on behalf of many posters from EN World.

Russ, Sharon, we know that you two are hoping to go to GenCon in 2011, and we felt helping you make the trip would be a wildly appropriate gift. Of course, I'm sure you'd much rather book your own room and airfare, so we're basically presenting a monetary gift, and hoping that it goes toward the good cause of bringing the newlyweds back to Indianapolis next summer.

As of this moment we have $525.56 in contributions, certainly enough for badges, perhaps not enough for rooms, and certainly short of airfare, but we hope it helps. And of course, this gift is with no strings attached. If you decided to blow it on bowler hats, tea, and whatever else you Brits dig these days, do so with our blessing.

I've decided to keep the PayPal account open for donations until Saturday so people who get paid Friday can chip in. If anyone reading this is interested in adding to the wedding kitty, you can send donations via PayPal to RNOCK (at) EMORY (dot) EDU. Sunday morning at noon-ish (GMT-5) I'll be sending the balance to Russ's PayPal account.

We definitely hope to make it to Indy next year - we wanted to go this year, but it was too close to the wedding.
