Morrus or PC -- username problem

A friend of mine registered the username "mhacdebhandia" (no quotes) some time ago, but the account hasn't been activated. He sent an email after about a month, but received no response. Could someone please check to see what's happening with it?

According to the Admin page, his account is working fine. What problem is he having, exactly? Any specific error message?

User group is 'Registered'. (Not 'Waiting For E-Mail Confirmation' or something like that.) Also, he does show up in the members list.

Last visit May 16.
Last activity May 17.

Hm. Looks fine. I wonder why it's not working...?

And diaglo: I did think of the suitability of "friend" as a label in this situation, but then I realised "mortal lackey" could be misconstrued.

I fixed it in response to a PM (Yahoo had eaten his confirmation email), but didn't see this thread. Sorry for the confusion!
