Most Original adventure?

Orc and Pie by Monte Cook.

:D
Yeah, but I just got the feeling that they dragged it out too long, and that Monte's 'powergaming' shone through. I mean, a WHOLE orc, just for a pie? Insane.

This thread seems rather open ended - did you mean most original PUBLISHED adventure, or most original adventure PERIOD?

I thought up a rather (I thought) inventive adventure after the Tome of Magic came out.

I loved the idea of wild mages (and made a rather unusual one). Part of wild magic was the strange and random effects that happened sometimes upon a wild mage casting a spell. That gave me an idea...

I had a wild mage who, based on a wild effect, had fallen in love with... a sofa. And the sofa had been "kidnapped" and the love-struck mage was distraught and looking for adventurers to "rescue" the sofa. (A love-seat, of course).

And it would not be complete without the "Sofaslayers" entering into the picture as a complication later - but then that was something that actually went way back to 1st Edition play and involved a rather dim-witted fighter and some greedy followers.

I was always a fan of Dead Gods by Monte Cook.

Dead Gods is an excellent adventure, and the visages are cool.

However, if we are talking originality, I think that you should consider Tales of the Infinite Staircase, also by Monte.

Its an adventure anothology of sorts, with an underlying, connecting premise: a metaphysical disease that attacks creativity. The players combat it and exerience its effects as they travel through many different planes, each with its own mini adventure. The adventures can be played in any order, and they attain progress towards their goal of defeating the scourge by doing various things in each of the settings.

Q1: Queen of the Demonweb Pits: The Abyss, alternate realities, demons, a drow deity, a steam-punk spider mech, and a chance to change the power structure of Oerth all in one adventure?

Hell yeah.
