That's an excellent idea. That exactly what my DM does. our last campaign was a blast but our group was divided in it's loyalties which made for some infamus in-fighting. In our newest campaign, the DM insists that most of our characters know each other and get along! I really believe that doing it this way has made our group a little more excited about the on coming campaign. And made us work a little harder on our character creating! It's going to be a fantastic campaign!!Crothian said:I find it's often best to devote a session to character generation.
