Movement rate per day for horse & wagon.

Where the hell is this stuff listed? I couldn't find anything in the DMG or PHB other than the combat round movement speed. I have a party travelling over 250 miles and want a realistic estimate of how long it would take to get there.

There is a table in this FAQ.

The general formula is (Combat Move) * .8 = miles traveled per day.

It assumes you travel for 8 hours a day, eat and miscellaneous for 8, and sleep for the rest.

That still doesn't apply. The speed of a cart or wagon is static. PHB p.143 Table 9-6
