Moving objects at a distance

Is the any spells other than Mage Hand and Telekinesis that allow a caster to move an object at a distance? Mage Hand seems too low powered
for what I need and Telekinesis is too powerful. Is there something in between these spells? Or will I have to create a custom enchantment?

Well, what is that you're trying to do, exactly? Are you asking as a player or as a DM?

Going off the available info ("caster wants to move something at a distance"), how about:

Summon Monster (monster moves object)
Warp Wood (a warped object will at least wobble, maybe even tip over)
Earthquake (maybe a bit overkill)
Tenser's Floating Disk (short distance only)
Animate Rope (get it to grab object)
Enlarge (cast on a pebble that object is sitting atop)

..and that's just the more obvious first level spells. Impact spells (fireball, acid arrow, etc) can knock objects around. Gust of Wind and Wind Wall can blow things, and so on.

As a GM. I'm looking for something that will allow a spellcaster to effectively and quickly move items through a dimensional gate. The gate in question has a set time it is open. Using a spell to move items would be safer than risk the spellcasters own health. The final idea is a pair of gloves that have the enchantment on them on a X/per day sort of thing.

Sorry about the confusion.

levitate+gust of wind.(hey a use for gust of wind)

Basically if this is some set up thing i need to ge tthis stuff through the gate, I'd get a bunch of wagons(loaded with the stuff you want to transport), put some small sails on them, cast levitate, and then cast gust of wind to blow them through the portal.

Tenders floating sik put the stuff on then command it to move through the portal.

2 low level ways to move lots of material at range.
