Thanks for doing this. I think it takes some cajones to post recordings of your session, and I'll be sure to have a listen.

Awesome. I can never get enough game recordings, and Cthulhu stuff is especially great. Not so sure about this "heroic" business, though...

Oh, man, you guys have been busy. There's loads of content here. This looks great.

Hey, and a dude I knew used to live out at Hoffman Estates. I'm in Chicago proper, myself. Hope to see you at Gameday.

GL, can you provide any links to other recordings for my collection?

Well, the big one (in just about every sense) is RPGMP3.com, a crew of English folks who went 1st-to-20th through the World's Largest Dungeon and recorded the whole thing, as well as a few other games (both D&D and otherwise).

The absolute best recording quality, though, can be found over at Yog-Sothoth.com, where an associated and overlapping bunch of Brits who play extremely entertaining Call of Cthulhu games. I strongly recommend both their Masks of Nyarlathotep campaign, and the newer, very high-quality, and not-yet-completed Horror on the Orient Express campaign (listen to this one with headphones on, and it is seriously like being there). No RPG makes a better spectator game than Call of Cthulhu, because the inevitable insanities and deaths of the PCs always produce tremendous entertainment.

More recently, I've found some other good gameplay podcasts: Both the Gamemaster Show and the Rolemonkeys (a Harping Monkey spin-off. These two are notable for trying out relatively short adventures in various interesting indie games like Spirit of the Century and Godsend Agenda.

I love listening to other people's RPG sessions while I'm working, and I really wish that more people were recording their games (preferably in decent quality audio). I'll probably start doing it myself, if I can ever manage to buy the hardware.
