Leg kicks, inside our outside, are really devastating when they land repeatedly. Jose Aldo uses them to cripple his opponents. Crocop is known for his head kicks, but he took out a lot of people by destroying their legs. You can't support yourself on your legs, the fight is pretty much over.

Yep, and they're fun to watch, too. The damage is quickly apparent and you can see just how devastating they are in short order. Makes for a good show.

Yup. It's pretty fun to watch a fight where you get to see one guy get his legs hurt to the point he can't stand. Matt Houghes beat what's-his-name Gracie with leg kicks. That was an entertaining fight.

 

[Zombie_Babies]

Yep. My favorite was Marquardt getting destroyed by that whats his name guy on the last Strikeforce card. Awesome. dood could barely stand.
