This is an attempt to build 8 multiclass paragon classes, one per class. They will offer full paragon path features and powers. But these features will be geared towards giving you a little taste of your secondary class. This is my take on a 4E's mystic thurge or elderich knight fix.
The multiclass power swap feats look to be about right in power level, While the lead-in feats are nice and strong, but in some ways too limited (Cha requirement for a con-based warlock pack).
Paragon multiclassing, however, is weak. The powers aren't the right level, which is mostly a small matter and can be overlooked. But you give up some really awesome paragon path abilities in exchange for... well, next to nothing. The ability to trade out an at will. Nifft has already shown that these can be pretty weak with his Con & Hammer based multiclassers who take reaping strike as a paragon feat.
It's clear that multiclassing is intended not to let you step too far into someone else's role. Which is fine for balance, but as a flavor issue I'm a bit offended. Class features really define a class a lot in 4e, and limiting them entirely through multiclassing may be fair but it's not too interesting.
And look at that warpriest. It basically has a fighter class power as it's level 15 feature! So if that's balanced...
