Multi-Class Warlock

Question, on several of the new power entries in Arcane Power for the warolock, there are effects that include, you place your warlocks curse on the target.

Does, should the ability to use curse as part of the power be included for a multi-warlock? since these characters do not have the ability to place a curse unless they take a feat to provide it?

Thoughts?

You place YOUR warlock's curse on the target. If you don't have one, you can't place one. The rest of the power would function as written, but no curse.
