Multiclassing and Class Skills

I'm in work, trying to write a Character Generator, and I don't have my PHB with me. Can someone please (succinctly) cover this question for me?

If I'm a Fighter 1, and when I level I add a level of Rogue, are my Fighter skills considered class skills for spending my Rogue skill points?

No, in that cross-class skills still cost 2 pts.
Yes, in that your maximum ranks are 3 plus level.

No, you still have to pay cross class costs for your fighter skills which are not on your rogue skill list. Your max ranks in all your rogue and fighter skills are 5 however at 2nd level

There are two questions that need to be answered when you're doing this.

Question 1: What is the maximum number of ranks I can have in this skill?

Question 2: How much does a rank cost right now?

The answer to Question 1 is, if it is a class skill for any class in which you have levels (including the class you've just added), the maximum is Character Level + 3. If it isn't, it's half of that.

The answer to Question 2 is, if it is a class skill for the class which you've just added, it costs 1 point per rank. If it isn't, it costs two points per rank.
