Given how good one level of Barbarian is, and how they're faster than normal, a prereq of Run would be both punative and appropriate.
IMHO Weapon Focus as a pre-req should be the domain of Fighters only, else you encourage dipping in several classes (if one set of prereqs works for several classes, it kidna defeats the purpose of prereqs...)
