Multiple Attacks and Two-Weapon Fighting Questions

Ok. I have a 7th level character, Rog4/Rgr1/Ftr2. They have a BAB of +6. So... They get 2 attacks per round at a BAB of +6/+1. Being a ranger, the character uses two weapons. Would the character get 3 attacks per round with +6/+1 with the Primary weapon and then a +6 with the Off-Hand weapon? Or would they just continue to get 2 attacks per round, one with the Primary and the other with the Off-Hand?

Thanx! Hope this isn't TOO confusing. ;)

Assuming light or no armor so that the Ranger two-weapon feats are available, and assuming a light weapon in the off-hand, you get 3 attacks with +4/-1 for the primary weapon and +4 for the secondary weapon (all attacks are at -2 primary hand, -2 off-hand).

Don't forget, the off-hand only gets 1/2 the normal strength bonus.

This question is better asked in the Rules forum, but here's your answer anyway.
