Multiple multiple attacks (and flurry)

How many attacks per round does a Vanara Monk 18/Tribal Protector 2, with Lightning Fists (from S&F) with a ratling tailspike get while flurrying? (Assume he's using a monkish weapon (specifically, three-section staff.)

I believe that Lightning Fists supercedes and does not stack with Flurry of Blows. In other words, it's the monk's version of Improved Two Weapon Fighting. So one would only gain two extra attacks from these features, not three.

Aside from that, I'm unfamiliar with the rest of your setup, so I'll leave it to others more knowledgeable.
