Multishot/Improved Multishot from ELH

Greetings all

I am very confused on how multishot works. From my limited guessing, multishot allows you to take all your attacks as a standard attack instead of a full round attack. If this is the case, then can you take multiple multishots if you choose a full attack option? And if this is the case, what does improved multishot actually do?

I'm not sure about the first part. However improved multishot allows you to fire more then 4 arrows at once as long as your BAB and epic attack bonus meet the prerequite (+21 for 5, +26 for 6, +31 for 7 etc.)

nope in the description it allows you to knotch more than 1 arrow on your bow per attack, based off of bab, meaning that with this feat your archer is just that damn good.

example; instead of reaching back and grabing 1 arrow with your bab +6, you reach back and grab 2 quick knotch and fire. but instead of +6 (not including any mods, of course) it would be +2/+2, **normally it would have been +4/+4, but iread a rules change by Valtera that they all felt it should be a -4 penalty not -2. i hope this helps.
