I haven't seen anything. And it's possible that the PotA one only came about because of the non-cancellation event.

However, I'll personally be surprised if they don't produce an accompanying guide containing some additional options, because that's exactly the sort of hook that will pull in a few more players for their event. ("You mean I can now play a Duergar? Cool!") But... I expect that any OotA player's supplement will include at least some reprinted material (Deep Gnomes), and the AL season will almost certainly allow the OotA splat but not the PotA one.

Actually, I expect it to allow both - but based solely upon the season of origin of the PC. As in, how the Former Dragon background option is legal in Season 2, but only if the character doesn't use any season 2 options.

So, I expect season 3 to be "Generate a season 1 character, a season 2 character or a season 3 character." Note that season 1 characters aren't allowed access to season-2-specific spells (excepting wizards, who can copy them in as normal). (Which, BTW, is probably the most annoyingly shortsighted ruling for season 2, IMO, because it forces the DM to be enforcing the season boundaries.)
