Mutants and Masterminds Question

My son (who's at his mom's this weekend and has my M&M rulebooks) called to ask me a question I couldn't answer.

He's creating a character who is an android. Being such, he has no Constitution bonus. How would his Toughness Save be determined?

Starts at 0, and you buy it up 1 per pp (just like buying Protection).

Personally I recommend getting the M&M2 pdf. Rules at your fingertips (assuming you're at your computer) rocks.
