D&D 1E My 1e to 5e conversion guide

After a detailed cross reference between the 1e and 5e Monster Manuals and DMG's, I came up with the following conversion guide for 1e monsters. NOT AN EXACT 1:1 CONVERSION, of course, but it does get me in the ballpark quickly when converting monsters that are not officially stat'd out for 5e yet.
