My 4e DM screen has been sent to me... huh?

I've just received an e-mail from the Australian online store I order my D&D products from telling me that part of my latest D&D 4E preorder has shipped... the DM Screen. Not the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting nor the adventure H3 which were also part of that preorder.

Weird. Weren't all three meant to be released at the same time?

Oh well. I need the Screen more than the other two considering the two 4e sessions I'm running this weekend...

They might just get the different items into different warehouses. Amazon's done that to me a few times; order 6 different things at the same time and get 3 on Monday from Philadelphia, 2 on Wednesday from Indianapolis, and 1 on Friday from Seattle.

Amazon UK still have no apparent idea when it's going to be coming out. At least I'm off gaming for a couple of weeks, so they've got a bit more time to get it to me.

AFAIK, they've only got one warehouse. This is Australia, after all.

Amazon told me on 5th August that they now had a release date for it, namely 19th August.

Of course, since that's a Tuesday, and it seems that actually D&D stuff gets released on Wednesdays in the UK, that could well get delayed again. I'll expect it when the postman knocks on the door, I think!
