My attempt at a Hobgoblin playable race

BASHMAN

Basic Action Games
Hobgoblin Traits:
Ability Score Increase: Your Dexterity increases by 2, your Constitution score increases by 1,
Age: Hobgoblins age at the same rate as humans and can live nearly a century.
Alignment: Hobgoblins have a tendency to gravitate towards order (often tyrannical in nature) and militarism. Many hobgoblins are Lawful Evil.
Size: Hobgoblins are a little taller than humans, making your size Medium.
Speed: Your base land speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision: You can see in darkness within 60 feet of you as if it were dim light. However, you can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Stealth: You have proficiency in the Stealth skill.
Hobgoblin Militarism: You have proficiency with the Long Sword, Short Sword, Whip, and Heavy Crossbow as well as Light and Medium Armor.
Languages: You speak and read Goblin and Common. Goblin is written using the Common script.

I saw that NPC hobgoblins have some special ability called "Martial Advantage" that lets them do extra dice of damage whenever an ally is adjacent to their enemy (+2d6 damage for a 2HD hobgoblin and +3d6 damage for a 6HD hobgoblin) however I don't think these are appropriate powers to give a PC who will likely get somete other powers from a class. These extra damage powers that monstrous humanoids might get I'd consider more their "class" (Generic Hobgoblin Class) than their "race".

I think this is pretty balanced; maybe a little light on abilities compared to an Elf or Dwarf. What do you think?
