Just a couple of thoughts on things you might want to take a second look at:
Bullywug: I have never seen an amphibian with scaly skin. A +3 armor bonus might bump them to a LA +1 race
You might consider a -2 to charisma over a -2 to wisdom.
Trollborn stats are a little unbalanced: +6 in bonuses/-4 in drawbacks which might bump them to a LA +1 race
Naja-Set stats are a little unbalanced: +4 in bonuses/-2 in drawbacks
which might bump them to a LA +1 race
Liath Elves stats are a little unbalanced: +4 in bonuses/-2 in drawbacks which might bump them to a LA +1 race
