Hello --

I just had to renew my CS account, but I was under the impression that I was Paid through Dec 2008. I didn't even notice until I discovered that I didn't have search and my icon wasn't labeled as a CS.

I would like to get my payment history from EnWorld, so that I can see what payments I have made and when.

Isn't there supposed to be a notification system when paid members are coming back up for renewal?

Send me your PayPal address and I'll do a search on PayPal for you. More likely to be a bug than a mistake on your end!

Hmmmm.... PayPal says zilch (not that I believe it). You wouldn't still have the receipt, by any chance?

I have an invoice from when you did the funds drive back in May 2007, 1 year paid for 19.99. This should have extended my account from my original Dec 2007 expiration date to Dec 2008.

I just submitted another payment again today, because i needed the search capability, but I was under the impression that I was not due to expire until Dec.

So a 4-month (Aug-Dec) extension would make it correct? If I'm understanding you right.
