Does your mainboard have onboard graphics?

Then just take the gfx card out hook the monitor up with the onboard gfx and try to boot just so.

I'm thinking a RAM issue. I would test it with Memtest86.

As mentioned, it could be heat. I use SpeedFan to monitor my system temps.

Unfortunately no - and I tossed my old graphics card when I installed this one.

I'll give those a shot when/if I can get the machine back up. At the moment, they're moot, as the PC won't boot up at all.

Borrow a buddies graphic card (old and slow doesn't matter) and see if you get anything. If not, I'm thinking power supply or motherboard. Do you hear any fans whirring?

The fans are all working as far as I can tell. I'm trying to track down an old graphics card to use to test it...
