My conjurer can cast Cure Serious Wounds, or..?

How about revivify(5th level, basically a componentless raise dead that only works the round after, and doesn't cause level loss), or "Last breath"(same, except third level and mimics reincarnate)?

Then you could make it a contingent spell.

That would be pretty awesome! I could swap my Wu Jen spell for Last Breath. I need to look into those. Where are they from? They are both conj spells, I presume?


Edit: I found them both. Unfortunately, Last Breath is a necromancy spell, so that's no good. Revivify could still be cool, but it would mean I'd have to wait until my next level and take that instead of Heal. Tough choice! Revivify has a material component, btw. An expensive one too, although not as expensive as Raise Dead.

Man, heal becomes so juicy when you can cast contingency. It's not just for hit points -- you can remove almost any condition(s).

At 4th level, Panacea doesn't suck. It cures all conditions (dazed, dazzled, stunned, etc.) but not energy drain/damage or ability damage.

I guess so; it was Necro in Comp. Divine, which was were I found it.

Which I just find out that I never will! I just checked and found out that it's an evocation spell, which is one of my forbidden schools. Dang, I'm gonna miss having Contingency ! :\

You can still sorta cast it via wish ... but that gets expensive. :\
